Yes. All of the chicken we serve is halal, and nothing on our menu contains pork or alcohol. Ask at the counter if you would like to see our supplier documentation.

Flames rate heat from zero to three. One flame is a gentle warmth, two has a proper kick, and three is MAGMA, the hottest thing we make. Any sauce can be served on the side if you would rather judge it yourself.

Yes. Every base, most toppings and several sauces are plant-based, and we serve a plant-based protein in place of the chicken. Vegetarian and vegan dishes carry a badge on the menu, and the build page marks which ingredients are plant-based as you choose them.

Every ingredient we use is labelled with the Health Canada priority allergens it contains, and the build page lists them for your bowl as you assemble it. We prepare everything in one shared kitchen, so we cannot promise that a dish has had no contact with an allergen. If a reaction would be serious, please speak to staff before you order.

We label every ingredient that contains wheat, so you can build a bowl without any of them. We still cannot use the words that describe a dish as free from gluten, because wheat is handled throughout our kitchen and that is a regulated claim.

They are calculated rather than measured. We add up the published values for each ingredient at its stated portion, and the percent daily values follow the Health Canada table set in 2016. A bowl built by hand varies, so read the totals as a good estimate and not a laboratory result.

Not yet. We open for pickup only, at the counter or by phone. The day we go live on a delivery platform, its button appears on this site.

Not at the moment. Build your bowl on this site, then bring the link or the summary to the counter and we will make it exactly as you configured it. Phone orders for pickup are welcome.

Yes. Your build is encoded in the address of the page, so bookmarking or sharing the link brings the whole configuration back on any device. There is no account and no cookie behind it.

Yes, for offices, teams and family gatherings. Tell us the date, how many people you are feeding and anything we should leave out, and we will come back to you with a quote. The catering page carries the enquiry form.

We are at 309 Pitt Street, in downtown Cornwall, Ontario.

We announce them closer to opening. As soon as they are confirmed they appear in the footer of every page and on the visit page, and nowhere else, so there is only ever one set of hours to keep current.

There is metered street parking along Pitt Street and municipal lots a short walk away. The visit page links out to a map rather than embedding one, so the page stays quick to load on a phone.

Yes. Our staff serve customers in English and in French, and every page of this site exists in both languages at its own address.
