01Why Cornwall
Cornwall's downtown feeds office workers, students, hospital staff and anyone walking Pitt Street on a lunch hour — and until now none of them could get a proper grilled bowl without driving out to the arterials. We would rather be the place you can walk to.
02The room
309 Pitt Street has fed this street under two names before ours. We kept the bones, opened up the counter, and pointed the light at the grill so you can watch your food get made.
03The grill
Everything starts on an open flame. Chicken marinates overnight, goes over live fire, and comes off with real char rather than painted-on grill marks. Then you choose the flame that goes over it: EMBER, ZEST, TOUM or MAGMA.
04The people
A small crew, most of them from Cornwall, all of them trained on the same grill. If something is wrong with your bowl, the person who can fix it is standing right there.
